H.O.K Construction SW in Exeter were looking for some 3D Visualisations to visualise the student apartments as well as the student lounge and the surrounding environment.

As the client requested for the designs to be high resolution due to the requirements of the marketing campaign. I made sure from the beginning I was using 1k textures, although I could easily of switched the textures to 4k if requested and given more timescale.

The client requested for these designs to be completed before the christmas period, therefore all documents needed to be provided immediately.  The client provided all the architectural documents, references and images allowing me to start modeling the buildings, rooms and objects.

While I was in the middle of the modeling stage, the client was putting together a list of all the materials and textures to be used. This furthermore, helped speed up the process.

And lastly, after the designs had been rendered using a RenderFarm. I did some tweaking in Photoshop to help pop the designs to give it more life by adjusting the colour tones and lighting.

This project was a seriously fun project to be part of! I really hope I receive projects just like this one :)
