The brief for this project was to design and develop a comprehensive website that provides a vast amount of information about the high quality residential and non-residential extreme sport activities in Bude, Cornwall. These programmes are designed for schools, colleges and youth organisations; activity sessions for families, individuals and groups of friends as well as advanced training and qualification courses.

One of the key requirements was that the website had to be clear but have an impact at the same time, so that set the groundwork from the outset. With this in mind, it was time to give it a look that would really portray the adrenalin rush associated with extreme sports. This meant using their photography as much as possible without distracting them from reading the content about the various activities.

To ensure the website was clear the website design utilised a grid system due to the vast amount of content and pages. This allowed the content and the graphical elements to be organised in a relational, easy to absorb manner.
